The work was OK, but quite expensive. I also was surprised to see the tender cable again laying directly on the exhaust at the time of pickup. This was confirmed by my driver that brought me last year. I managed to catch it this time and secure it away the hot surface before I departed. I called and spoke to Jeff in sales. We purchased a Honda Nuvi in less than 24 hours. No waiting. Heather, the title clerk was very efficient and personable. We even found both she and I are big wrestling fans. James and Jared in parts/ sales were very helpful. I was looking for a new feminine helmet. James was great in helping me find the best fit. Recommend Timely, efficient, customer service.
