Brian and I have been in contact for a couple years on a few bikes. Every time I called or reached out, he was always helpful. We finally made a deal work and off I went. Highly recommend Arkport HD.

Bonnie Hedges is a First Class person. She handled all of the necessary paperwork required for the purchase of my new 2024 Yamaha Tenere 700 motorcycle. She discovered and corrected a small error in transposing the VIN and thereby averted any unfavorable paper chasing which would have resulted because of it. Bonnie even called my Insurance agent, explained our situation and new corrected insurance cards were faxed within minutes. Success. It takes a good eye and attention to detail to discover the error that she did. Everything else that was required of her while finalizing my purchase went as smoothly as could be. She demonstrated a level of professionalism which is vitally important to anybody making a major purchase anywhere today. (Employee: Bonnie Hedges)

Jenny Swarts was a pleasure to work with in the process of purchasing my new 2024 Yamaha Tenere 700 motorcycle. She explained everything involved in a clear, thorough, polite manner. Plus, Jenny offered a test ride on a brand new machine with zero road miles on the odometer. I have never before experienced this at any motorcycle dealership and the simple offer made a huge impact toward my decision to purchase. I could not have had or expected a better buying experience. t's a pleasure to leave a review for the folks at Arkport cycles. I am a 65-year-old retired, lifelong dirt biker and motorcyclist. I currently have over 50 bikes, mostly vintage 60-80s dirt bikes, OSSA, HODAKA, PENTON etc etc. I love to save these old bikes from being parted out or scraped, restoring them is fun and rewarding. But once in a while I make a mistake and sell a bike that I later regret selling. This was the case with my 2004 Yamaha TW200. I sold mine after my riding buddy was wife pressured into selling his, and having no one to ride with, wrongly, sold mine a few months later. After a year or so, I started looking for another, missed it so much, they are so much fun with the big tires. I did not want to pay for a new one and looked for a few years for a decent used one. But people wanted near retail for a 5-7yr old bike. When Hollink Motorsports announced he was closing shop, I took a chance and asked if they had any new TW200s, figured maybe a good deal could be had. Well, Bill said he had two coming in, so I purchased one at a good price. Several weeks later, the bad news came. Yamaha was delaying the shipments for 6 weeks and Hollink would be closed by then. I was so disappointed, finally decided to buy a new one, bought it, and then it's gone. I asked Bill for any recommendations as to where perhaps I could buy one, he was also disappointed as I was. He mentioned one place but did not really recommend them, a local shop near me in Henrietta. But he said to call the folks at Arkport Cycles. He said it is a family business, they take care of people and said if anyone can get you one they can. So I put in an inquiry via their website on Sunday and Adam responded first thing the next business day. He said he had one. I asked when is it coming in, will it be delayed as well. He said no, I have one on the show room floor!!! This amazed me as these always seem to be sold before arrival at the dealership. I have never seen or heard of one on the showroom floor. So I called Adam right away and he was fantastic. He took some of my info, got back to me with the Yamaha Special financing deal within the hour. I bought the bike over the phone right them. I offered to drive the 1 hr down to the dealership to put down a deposit and sign some papers but he said it was not necessary. Wow, in today's world that's incredible. I was in no hurry to get the bike since it was Feb. Adam was off on vacation the next week so we agree to sync up when he returned. He contacted me and arranged my going down there to do the paperwork. I was very surprised when he offered to store the bike for me, free of charge, until spring. I did not really want to trailer it on salty roads in the winter, done that, not good. So they stored the bike for me for several months and I picked it up a few months ago now. An incredible, easy, friendly transaction. I also had a fantastic experience with Jennifer. She spent over an hour with me explaining the Yamaha program deal, went over all the paperwork, warranty, DMV etc etc. I have purchased several new bikes in my life and this was the most informative and complete transaction I have ever experienced. We talked at length about many topic, vintage bikes, life, etc, totally enjoyable. Finally, Arkprort Cycles is also a vintage motorcycle museum. I think I spent a couple hours looking at all the bikes they have on the second floor. Their building is amazing, it's huge, fully stocked, everything you would want. I only wish it was closer to home. Whenever I am in the area I will certainly stop in. I will conclude by just saying, Thank you Bill Hollink for recommending I go to Arkprort Cycles, good luck in your retirement. And to all the folks at Arkport Cycles, THANK-YOU for treating me so well and running your business like the classic cycle shops of the past, where customers matter. Most places these days are so cold and just focused on pushing sales. Thank you very much. I will see you next time I am down that way Cheers Tim Spires (Employee: Adam Swarts, Jennifer Swarts)
